Il Bue ORESTE proviene dal piccolo allevamento di Manzo Natale di Crava, fraz. di Roccadebaldi ed ha la seguente matricola: IT033AT026B001.
È nato in provincia di Asti il 3 ottobre del 1997, ma poco dopo ha cambiato stalla e padrone entrando a far parte di una “scuderia” di Buoi da lavoro: infatti ORESTE ha trainato carri in tutto il nord Italia per ben 6 anni: ha sfilato a Legnano trainando il famoso Carroccio; era presente a Carrù all'inaugurazione del monumento al Bue dove è stato oggetto di ferratura, ha addirittura partecipato alla Stracüni, gara podistica che si svolge ogni anno a Cuneo. Stanco di tirare a novembre 2005 ha cambiato ancora stalla entrando a far parte dell'allevamento di Manzo. Nella primavera del 2006 ha partecipato, nello stand allestito dall'Anaborapi, alla Fieragricola di Verona, rappresentando con la sua mole e la sua tipicità, l'antica razza Piemontese.
È un animale straordinario almeno per due motivi: sono infatti rari i soggetti aggiogati e che hanno effettivamente lavorato ed inoltre dal punto di vista morfologico, è difficile incappare in bovini Piemontesi così “nostrani”.
Infatti ORESTE è un animale con una altezza al garrese di 175 cm ed una lunghezza del tronco di 205 cm con un peso di 1170 kg. La testa è abbastanza leggera con delle piccole corna ben dirette in avanti, gli appiombi anteriori sono corretti, mentre i posteriori risentono delle fatiche compiute in età giovanile e sono falciati: nonostante ciò l'andatura è regolare.
È un soggetto tipicamente “NOSTRANO”, quindi una coscia lunga, ma non convessa, una ossatura importante, un deposito di grasso evidente. Ha un ventre poco sviluppato.
Da quando è stabulato nell'azienda di Manzo Natale la sua alimentazione è a base di fieno di prato stabile e di fiocchi di cereali.
Di tanto in tanto anche un goccio di vino… , ma che sia dolcetto di quello buono.

Naciò en la provincia de Asti el 3 de Octubre 1997, pero poco después cambiò establo y ganadero por entrar en la “cuadra” de Bueyes de trabajo: en efecto Oreste ha remolcado el famoso “Carroccio”; estaba presente en Carrù por la inauguraci ó n del monumento del Buey que ha estado herrado, participò hasta en la “Strac ü ni” (carrera que se desenrolla cada a ñ o en la ciudad de Cuneo). Cansado por el remolque, en Noviembre 2005 cambi ó otra vez su establo por entrar en la ganader í a de Manzo. En primavera de 2006 particip ó , junto al stand de la Anaborapi, en la “Fieragricola” de Verona, representando con su mole y su tipicidad, la antigua raza piemontesa.
Es un animal extraordinario al menos por dos razones: son raros los sujetos que tienen yugo y que en efecto han trabajado y, adem á s, ablando de morfolog í a, es dif í cil encontrar bovinos piemonteses tan “tipicos de nuestra tierra”.
ORESTE, en efecto, es un animal alto 175 cm a la cruz y su tronco tiene 205 cm de largo. Pesa 1170 Kilos. La cabeza es bastante ligera con cuernos bien adelantados, las extremidades delanteras son perfectamente a plombo, las posteriores resenten por las fatigas hechas en joven dead, y son segadas: a pesar de eso, su paso es regular.
Es un sujeto t í pico de nuestra tierra, por eso tiene muslo largo, pero no convexo, struttura ó sea imponente, sedimentos de grasos evidentes. Tiene un vientre no muy desarrolado.
Desde que est á en la empresa de Manzo Natale su alimentaci ó n se basa en heno de prado estable y palomitas de cereales.
De vez en cuando también un poco de vino tinto… , pero s ó lo Dolcetto, lo bueno!
Der Ochse ORESTE kommt aus der kleine Viehzucht von Manzo Natale von Ceva (Stadtviertel: Roccadebaldi) und hat die folgende Matrikel: IT033AT026B001.
Er ist in Provinz von Asti am 3 October 1997 geboren, aber nachher hat Stall und Z ü chter wechseln; er est in einem “Rennstall” f ü r arbeitstiere eingetretet: n ä mlich hat Oreste f ü r 6 Jahre Viehwaggons duch den ganzen Northitalien abgeschleppt: ist im Legnano mit dem br ü hmten “Carroccio” vorbeigegangen. Er war im Carrù f ü r die Einweihung des Denkmal f ü r den Ochse, wo ist beschlagen worden. Er hat auch an den Strac ü ni teilgenommen (einen Lauf der rollt sich jedes Jahr im Cuneo ab).
M ü de von ziehen, im November 2005 hat wieder Stall wechseln und est in der Viehzucht von Manzo eingetretet. Im Fr ü hlig 2006 hat , im Stand von Anaborapi, an der “Fieragricola” im Verona teilgenommen; wo, mit seinem Ausma b und seinen Merkmale, die alte Piemontesische Rasse verk ö rpert hat.
Er ist eine au b erordentliches Tier, vor allem f ü r zwei Grunde: es gibt wenige Subjekte die ins Joch gespannent sind und die genau gearbeitet haben. Es est auch schwer Rinder finden die so “typisch” sind.
N ä mlich ist ORESTE 175 cm am Widerrist hoc und seinen Rumpf ist 205 cm lang. Er weigt 1170 Kilos. Der Kopf est geng leicht, mit kleine rechte H ö rner; die Vorderbeine sind lotrecht, aber die Hinterbeine leiden unter den M ü hen von der Fr ü hzeit, deswegen sind sie “falciati”: trotzdem ist seine Gangart korrekt.
Er est einen typischen heimischen Subjekt. Seines Schenkel ist lang, uber nicht konvex, die Struktur ist stattlich und die Fettanh ä funge sind klar. Der Bauch ist wenig vorspringend.
Seit er zum Manzos Betrieb geh ö rt, st ü tzt seine Ern ä hung sich auf Heu von stabilen Rasen und Getreidenflocken.
Manchmal trinkt er ein Bisschen Rotwein.., aber nur wenn er richtige Dolcetto ist!

Il est né en province de Hargnes le 3 octobre de 1997, mais peu après a changé étable et patronnes en entrant à faire une partie d'une "scuderia" de Buoi de travail : en effet ORESTE il a traîné des chariots dans tout le nord Italie bien 6 ans : il a ôté à Legnano en traînant le célèbre Carroccio ; il était présent à Carrù à l'inauguration du monument au Boeuf où il a été objet de ferratura, il a même participé aux Stracüni, compétition podistica qui se déroule chaque an à Coin. Je fatigue de tirer à novembre 2005 a changé encore étable en entrant à faire une partie de l'élevage de Manzo. Dans le printemps de 2006 il a participé, dans le stand préparé des Anaborapi, à la Fieragricola de Vérone, en représentant avec le sien mole et sa tipicità, l'ancienne razza Piemontese.
Il est un animal extraordinaire au moins pour deux raisons : ils sont en effet rares les sujets attelés et qu'ils ont effectivement travaillé et en outre du point de vue morphologique, il est difficile incappare en bovins Piemontesi ainsi "nostrani".
En effet ORESTE est un animal avec une hauteur à la garrese de 175 cm et une longueur du tronc de 205 cm avec un poids de 1170 kg. Il teste est assez léger avec de la petites corna bien directes dans en avant, les appiombi antérieurs sont corrects, pendant que les postérieurs ressentent des fatigues accomplies en âge juvénile et sont fauchés : malgré cela l'allure est régulier.
Il est un sujet typiquement "NOSTRANO", donc une cuisse longue, mais pas convexe, une ossature importante, je dépose de gras evident. Il a un ventre peu développé.
De lorsque elle est stabulato dans l'entreprise de Manzo Natale son alimentation est à base de foin de pré stable et de rosettes de céréales.
De temps en temps même un goccio de vin... , mais que soit dolcetto de celui bon.
